What is the first thing you do when you want to start a new sport? You google it! And then spend hours going through articles and videos that will give you an idea of the sport and if it suits you.

My page aims to skip this process for you and give you everything you need to start a sport!

I like trying new sports all the time. I have favourite sports that I do for a long time but sometimes I just try others just for the diversity and the fun. The ones I regularly do are running, tennis and swimming.

During all those years I have been actively exercising, I have tried so many things and spent hours on google looking for the right “tips for beginners” and the “right equipment for beginners” that I felt the need to concentrate all the information a gathered to one web page and help you find all this information easier and summarised.

My recommendations and material come mostly from my personal experience as amateur. I want you to know that I am approaching sports as amateur and focus mainly on making it easier for you to start a sport.
